Spring has finally arrived! Hallelujah! The change of seasons is a great opportunity to prepare our bodies for the warm months ahead. It’s time to ditch the heavy sweaters and long trousers and replace them with skirts, shorts, and swimsuits.
Many of us have probably neglected our skin during the winter months. This includes not exfoliating, moisturizing, or buffing enough. Since we have been covered head to toe, our skin is probably dry, scaly, and, for lack of a more appropriate word, lumpy. The smooth, supple skin we used to have is indeed a distant memory. But with the right products and some love, you can bring it back in no time. Read on to discover the steps to take to achieve a perfect body and which products will really work for you this season.
Dry body brushing
Have you ever tried dry body brushing before? I am a big fan! To see the difference in your skin, you must do this daily. Regular body brushing helps to detoxify the body and stimulates circulation. It helps tighten skin and reduces cellulite. Try it before taking a bath or shower by brushing up and towards your heart.
Polish your skin to perfection.
It’s time to grab your scrub cloth, fill it up with a healthy amount of HTML3_ body scrub HTML3_ and give yourself a well-deserved and much-needed skin polish! A good scrub will provide you with smooth skin for spring.
Use warm water to apply your scrub and massage it all over the body. After rinsing, use mild shower gel to clean the body thoroughly. Exfoliating your skin will remove any dead skin and flaky skin.

Moisturise daily

Anticellulite cream
While there is no quick fix for cellulite, by using a topical anticellulite cream and applying it daily, you can reduce the appearance of cellulite.
